What are FlightPaths?

FlightPaths are remote onboarding packages that ensure you get your Unleashed set-up right first time – and that your business benefits from its features fast. As part of your FlightPath package, you’ll be assigned a dedicated onboarding consultant who’ll work with you to achieve the right outcomes until you’re live. This service is required for all accounts.

What type of support is not covered in FlightPath onboarding services?

Your FlightPath is designed to get you up and running with Unleashed, and we’ll support you until you go live. Our team will guide you with the key steps and activities that will take place with your onboarding, and FlightPath B is your best option for onboarding success.

What FlightPaths don’t cover is support with any activities outside of your setup and onboarding. For this, we recommend a Standard Customer Success Plan (CSP). Sign up when you subscribe and get 1 month free of Standard CSP service.

Our onboarding consultants are based in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia, and your FlightPath service will be delivered from one of these time zones. If you require assistance which is not compatible with these time zones, or services not covered by FlightPaths, we recommend you use one of our trained implementation partners.

What’s involved in a kick-off session?

The kick-off session is a consultative planning session to understand what you need from Unleashed and how we’re going to work through the setup steps to get you there within your chosen FlightPath plan. By the end of this session, we’ll give you the first steps for getting started and we’ll have a go live plan.

What’s the difference between Q&A support and process support?

In our question and answer (Q&A) sessions, you’ll be expected to go away and test your own processes and then we’ll answer the questions you have about them. In our process support sessions, we’ll show you how you should be using Unleashed for your business and guide you through your processess. You can then go and test them after the walk-through.

What integrations are native to Unleashed?

Our native integrations are WooCommerce, Xero, Quickbooks Online, Shopify, Magento 1, Vend, Amazon FBA & FBM, and Salesforce. Discover more about our integrations here.
