How many users do I need?

Unleashed is a collaborative tool that works best when every department in the business is sharing accurate, real-time inventory data.

We recommend the following teams have user licences:

  • Customer Service / Admin

It’s even a sensible idea to give your external accountant access to your Unleashed account to make financial reporting and tax time easier for everyone. Your accountant can get a free Unleashed account here

What is included in the core Unleashed functionality?

All Unleashed subscriptions come with all of our Purchases, Sales, Customer and Supplier Management, and Reporting functionality.

Are there any order limits on any of the plans?

No. We’re proud that our plans offer unlimited products, customers, suppliers, warehouses, currencies and transactions. 

But there are two exceptions:

  1.  eCommerce Integrations: Order fees apply for transactions via Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon. See more in the FAQ below.
  2. API Calls. We have an open API for any custom integrations that you build. Our plans all include API calls (from 125,000/month for Medium to 500,000/month for Large Plus).

Are there any other charges?

There are two other optional extras not already covered on this page:

  1. File Storage: All our plans give you 10GB of file storage for things like images, product specs and warranty docs. You can buy 10GB of additional storage for $$27/month.

  2. Additional API Calls: You can purchase extra API calls at the following rates:
    • Medium (125,000 calls) : $120/m
    • Large (250,000 calls) : $155/m
    • Large Plus (500,000 calls) : $240/m
    • Unlimited : $450/m

What are the order volume fees for eCommerce integrations?

Fees are based on the number of orders that come through your eCommerce integrations.

  • 0-500 Orders – FREE
  • 501 – 1000 – $30
  • 1001 – 5000 – $60
  • 5001 + – $90

Order volumes are pooled across all eCommerce integrations.

Can I cancel my Unleashed subscription at any time?

If you’re on a monthly plan you can cancel by giving us 30 days’ notice. If you’re on an annual plan, you can cancel at the end of the 12-month term by giving us the same notice. While we’ll be very sad to see you go, it’s easy. Simply get your Account Owner to put your cancellation in writing. For more information, check out our help file.

Can I change plans easily?

Yes, you can change plans or add users or add-ons to your account at any time within Unleashed. Some changes may only take effect after billing or renewal dates. 

How does onboarding work?

Every new customer gets a dedicated onboarding specialist to help them get set-up. The cost of onboarding packages varies depending on your inventory management software sophistication, any custom integrations you need and desired go-live date.
