Handling Equipment Canterbury, a Christchurch-based distributor of materials handing equipment, lifting equipment, and workwear, came to Unleashed aiming to improve sales management process efficiency.
We sat down with Matt Bridson, Sales Manager at HEC, to find out how Unleashed has supported his team since implementing the new system.

Matt's team was one of the early adopters of Unleashed's inventory optimisation module, Advanced Inventory Manager (AIM).
“I was really impressed with the functionality," he tells us. "The biggest thing for me was how easy it was to pull a whole product category, give it those parameters, and run the report in one go."
AIM gives businesses the ability to accurately forecast sales demand and plan inventory accordingly.
“Being able to look at the rate of demand right then and there – if I want to do a quick stock top-up at the end of the month – makes it really easy for me. Having that information now is really helpful. We didn’t know what we were missing before.”
