Unleashed is dedicated to creating an authentic company culture that encourages and rewards its employees. A healthy work-life balance is important to us — we want our staff to feel as respected and supported as our customers. We ask our staff to bring their genuine self to work, so when you engage with us you are dealing with real people.

Our employees have opportunities to expand their skills, attend events, share their work and celebrate achievements together. Our team-building activities are numerous and varied; from ping pong tournaments to ski trips, we strive to balance challenge and collaboration. Our staff jump at the chance to help the local community, be it through fundraising or volunteering. Our People & Culture Team coordinate charity events throughout the year, which are always oversubscribed.

Unleashed primarily operates out of three locations: Auckland (NZ), Melbourne (AU) and Bristol (UK). Within these offices we have dedicated teams assisting customers from around the globe. Despite being geographically dispersed, our teams maintain an interconnected working relationship.

We often say that Unleashed feels like a time machine! When you stop and reflect (usually over a drink and pizza) you realise that the last year or two has just flashed by. We have an amazing feeling of belonging, and seeing how our work helps our customers — helps them make their lives easier, and achieve their business goals — makes us incredibly proud.

At a time when consumer choice is more important than ever, we want to give Good Product businesses the best chance to create, thrive, compete and grow.

Evolving software driven by user needs

Unleashed wouldn’t be what it is today without our amazing customer base, who have helped shape thousands of improvements over the years. We believe in maintaining a collaborative relationship between our development team and our users, so we can build a better product that ultimately works better for them. For example, our B2B eCommerce Store came into existence as a direct result of customer feedback.

We are continually improving Unleashed — we release software updates every two weeks, with major releases coming every few months. We also involve our customers with beta testing, focus-groups and satisfaction surveys, so that our final releases can be as polished as possible.
